Cobbler Shop Conversion by D. Bruce Greenwald

Here is a recently converted cobbler shop into a retreat for the family. The original “Ten Footer,” as they are known in Marblehead, was used for a garage in the 1920’s and for storage until very recently. The renovation has restored the historic character of the exterior while providing for a very comfortable suite.

A Sweet Garage with Some Added features by D. Bruce Greenwald

Here is one of my recently completed projects. This is a new garage for a single family residence. The added features include a 2nd floor room above and a garden potting shed to the side. This really compliments the adjacent house that I designed some years back.

Autumnal Equinox 2018 by D. Bruce Greenwald

This is a great time of year. The air is getting to be more crisp and the light is stunning. Here are a few shots. One of sunrise from my “Sun Circle” sculpture installation this morning and and some recent views of sunset at Marblehead Light.
